What do I do if my bin hasn't been emptied?

If you regularly fill your grey household waste wheelie bin, please make sure that you are recycling as much as possible into your blue lid recycling bin, food waste bin or garden waste bin.  This will significantly reduce the amount of rubbish that you need to put in your grey bin.  

If you have extra household waste next week you can do the following: 

• Take it to the Household Recycling Centre in Oldbury
• Ask a neighbour if you can put it in their bin on this occasion
• Store the bagged up rubbish until your household waste bin is emptied next week and then put it in your emptied bin

If you have too much household waste every week, AND you are recycling what you can using your blue lid recycling bin, you may be eligible to request a larger bin.
