My Sandwell is an online platform you can use to:
- Notify us of changes or complete forms
- Set up direct debits or make payments
- Make enquiries
- Query a summons
- View your Business Rates bill or account balance.
You can also use My Sandwell to access a long list of other council services. It’s quick and easy to set up an account to use MySandwell.
IMPORTANT: If you are using MySandwell for business purposes; only enter your work contact details and office address when registering rather than personal contact details and home address. We just need your name, work email address and business address. If two or more employees in the same organisation or company want to use MySandwell for work purposes, each should set up their own account.
