Commissioners Declaration of Interests
In line with the Localism Act 2011, each Commissioner is legally bound to declare any interests which may affect their role.
Before taking up a role, the Commissioners are asked to fully disclose any potential or actual conflicts of interest which may become a matter of public interest once they are appointed, which could call into question their suitability to perform a role.
These could include financial interests and shareholdings, active connections with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, membership of societies, or the activities, associations or employment of a partner or friend in the field they will be operating in.
For further details please contact the commissioners.
