Stay in charge with MySandwell, 'MyAccounts'

The MySandwell 'MyAccounts' area is available for anyone with a MySandwell account. If you don't have one yet, sign up today.

From the MyAccounts area, you can view your balances and otherwise manage a number of payment accounts for Sandwell Council services. 

Accounts you can view and manage are:

Council Housing Accounts

For Council Tenants

  • Review and update your tenancy details, such as phone numbers you have given us and who lives with you.
  • View balances for garages or housing rents, court costs and other housing changes you pay.
  • Set up direct debits & make payments.
  • Print rent statements.

For Leaseholders

  • Review account information.
  • View leasehold charge balances.
  • Make payments.

Benefit Claims

  • See when benefit payments are due.
  • Confirm that the information we have is correct.

Council Tax / Business Rates

  • View account balances, when payments are due and payment history.
  • Make payments.
  • Confirm the information we have for your home or business is correct.
  • Set up a direct debit.

Get setup today

Once you have a MySandwell account and are signed in, you will see a 'MyAccounts' tab appear alongside the other functional area tabs (such as 'MyServices', 'MyRequests' and 'MyNearest'). Click the tab to access the MyAccounts area and use the MyAccount Signup service to get setup for your accounts.
