Sign up for your MySandwell account

It’s really easy to register for a MySandwell account. We just need your name, your home address and email address.

With a MySandwell account, you can:

  • Securely request services, report problems, book appointments or make payments across approximately 200 council services without entering your personal details each time - they're automatically added from your account. 
  • Track the progress of service requests by automated email updates, and see your request history in the MyRequests area.
  • See a personalised homepage, which shows when your bins are due to be collected, who the local councillors are and location information automatically centered based on your account address.
  • Register for direct access to payment account information held by the council using the MyAccounts area for;
    • Council Housing charges, including Leasehold payments. Council housing tenants can also access tenancy information we hold for you, including contact details, who lives with you - you can update this isf it is not correct)  
    • Council Tax balances, making payments or setting up direct debits
    • Benefits details, what you claim, any adjustemnts and payments made to you
    • Business Rates balances, paymeents or direct debit arrangements.
