Sign up for your MySandwell account
It’s really easy to register for a MySandwell account. We just need your name, your home address and email address.
With a MySandwell account, you can:
- Securely request services, report problems, book appointments or make payments across approximately 200 council services without entering your personal details each time - they're automatically added from your account.
- Track the progress of service requests by automated email updates and see your request history in the MyRequests area.
- See a personalised homepage, which shows when your bins are due to be collected, who the local councillors are, and location-based information automatically centred based on your account address.
- Register for direct access to payment account information held by the council using the MyAccounts area for;
- Council Housing accounts and charges, including Leasehold payments - with the ability to download statements, make payments or setup direct debits. Council housing tenants can also access tenancy information we hold, including contact details, who lives with you - you can update this it is not correct.
- Council Tax account balances, making payments or setting up direct debits.
- Benefits account details, what you claim, update the council on changes in your circumstances and any adjustments and payments made to you.
- Business Rates account balances, when payments are due and payment history. You can also make payments or direct debit arrangements.
