We need people who have access to the internet to request services online. This will help free up our phone lines for people who don't have access to the internet who are often the most vulnerable.
Wherever possible, please set up a MySandwell account to access council services, pay bills and report issues.
Computers are available to use for free at your local library.

For customers who cannot access services online or via the telephone, the Housing Teams are available to support customers in person:
Oldbury One Stop Shop between 9am - 5.30pm (Monday-Thursday) 9am - 5pm (Friday)
Tipton Office between 10am - 2pm (Monday-Friday)
Wednesbury Town Hall between 10am - 2pm (Monday-Friday)
Smethwick Council House between 10am - 2pm (Monday-Friday)
In addition to this Housing Officers will be holding surgeries at the following locations and times to receive any housing-related enquiries in person:
Oldbury Council House every Thursday between the hours of 10am and 12pm
Community Hubs
- Central Library, West Bromwich every Tuesday between the hours of 10am and 4.30pm
- Blackheath Library every Wednesday between the hours of 10am and 4.30pm

If you are homeless
If you have nowhere to sleep tonight and are homeless please call the Homeless Solutions Team on 0121 569 0411 or 0121 569 2690 if:
- you have nowhere to stay tonight
- you are in danger (threat of violence, abuse etc)
If you are threatened with homelessness but have somewhere to stay tonight please call the Contact Centre on 0121 368 1166 option 2.
