Who is the service for?
For people of any age living with mild to moderate dementia and their family carers who live in Sandwell or are registered with a Sandwell Gp.We also support people who have more progressed dementia with the provision of at home activity packs and in some circumstances adapted equipment.We are not a day care or respite care service and do not provide personal care.People who wish to attend our groups must be able to do so independently or attend with their carer.
Referral route
via self referral or via community organisations and social care professionals.

DEEP group £3.50 per person per session.Dem Cafe £3.50 per person per session .Meeting Centres £10 per person per day. Price is subject to change and is regularly reviewed.
