Summary of services
We provide retirement apartments and bungalows for older couples or single people and mature people with a disability. All self-contained with own front door, central heating and double glazing. Facilities include residents` lounge, free launderette, lifts and pleasant gardens. Close to shops and buses. Caretaker oversees repairs, cleaning and gardening of communal areas. Emergency alarm system. Social activities include day trips, craft club, coffee mornings, bingo and darts.
When are the services run?
Monday to Friday, plus emergency cover out of office hours
Time details
Office hours are 9am to 5pm, but residents can contact us 24 hours a day if there`s an emergency.

Approx. £115 - £135 per week, plus weekly heating/water charge, so residents don`t need to worry about winter bills
