Where do they provide service from?
Rebuild Activity Sessions are now provided for brain injury and stroke survivors on Fridays each week at the YMCA, 38 Carter's Green, West Bromwich B70 9LG. Activity sessions are also available Monday to Friday each week at our centre at Martin Hill Street, Dudley and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week at our centre at West Midlands House, Gipsy Lane, Willenhall. We also provide a range of other support services for survivors and their families/informal carers.

Monday to Friday - 8.45 to 4.30 Monday to Thursday, 8.45 to 2.30 Fridays

Any person with an acquired brain injury and their family, living in the Black Country, will have access to all the resources and support they need to enable them to live an active and fulfilled life within their family and communities
