- Who is the service for?
- People who have 90 minutes to spare once a week and who would like to help support primary school pupils with their reading. CRB, volunteer application and medical health forms will need to be completed. Volunteers need to make a minimum of 12 weeks commitment during term time.

- The service is looking for volunteers who can give 90 minutes once a week (including travelling time) to read with 2 pupils individually for no more than 20 minutes once a week, for a minimum of a term. Volunteering after the first term can continue if the volunteer and school agree. The service tries to match people to their closest school who needs this service and training is provided at the beginning of the term.

- The scheme co-ordinator works 2 days a week. The days and times are not fixed and vary week on week but will be somewhere between Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm.
