The aim of the Sandwell Safeguarding Adults Board is to improve outcomes for vulnerable adults by coordinating the work of local agencies to safeguard and promote their welfare and ensuring the effectiveness of that work.

Remit
The Safeguarding Adults Team Manager oversees the work of the Safeguarding Adults Team. There are currently three sub groups with lead officers who support the work of the SSAB. The three sub groups are Protection, Prevention and Quality and Excellence.
