Summary of services: "Once you have been assessed and it's agreed how best to meet your needs, the service offers you a choice of treatments or a range of individual and group talking therapies. A choice of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Counselling, EMDR and IPT are available. In addition they have a number of specialist services that provide therapy for: •Maternal wellbeing •South Asian Counselling •African-Caribbean Counselling •Trauma focused therapy"
