The specialist Supported Living service is for people who are diagnosed with learning difficulties. They support people with all severities of learning difficulties i.e. mild to profound, including those with other complex needs like challenging behaviour, mental health problems, sensory impairments, physical disabilities and autism. Their domiciliary homecare service is for those who require support with specific tasks within their own home. This will include all those mentioned above as well as care/support services for the elderly.

They specialise in providing high quality care to vulnerable adults who have been assessed and are in need of community care services. They provide a tailored service ensuring all individual needs are met. This will include care/support with:personal care - washing, dressing, incontinence issues; domestic tasks - laundry, cleaning, cooking, shopping; accessing appropriate housing/accommodation; finances - budgeting, maximising benefits, paying bills; booking and attending appointments (medical); accessing and attending vocational and educational opportunities - going to college, work schemes, daycentres; preparation of cultural meals and maintaining cultural identity - attending religious events, personalising home, praying; organising, accessing and attending leisure activities - leisure clubs, community facilities, sports, swimming;maintaining healthy relationships - meeting family, and friends.
