A unique day and homecare service for those diagnosed with dementia, in particular early onset or rare dementias and those with learning disabilities.
Time details
Daycare Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Homecare 7 days per week - hours as agreed.
Remit
To enhance quality of life and experiences for those attending our daycentre, their families / support network. through physical and mental activity and inclusion/participation in social activities.
