This self help group provides literature and information, a calendar of social events, guest speakers and use of the hydro pool at Portway Leisure Centre, Newbury Lane, Oldbury on alternate Wednesday mornings between 11am - 12pm.The group also holds Tai-Chi classes on 1st, 2nd and 4th Tuesday evening of each month between 6pm - 7pm. These are currently being held in the Community Rooms of Hallam Street Methodist Church in Lewisham Street, West Bromwich.
