2017 - 2018
We have replaced each of the former equality monitoring reports for gender, ethnicity and disability with three separate infographics which present a simplified view of our employment statistics. The infographics are both innovative and engaging and have been well received by the leadership in our organisation. We will continue to enhance this new format year-on-year to ensure that it is fit for purpose and includes further insights into the Council's diversity in employment data.
We have excluded schools and Pupil Referral Units from the infographics in-order to ensure the information can be used to aid the council’s future succession plans and benchmarking.
