Important notice

The date shown for representation against each entry is the date by which a responsible authority or any other person may make representations in respect of the application.

Representations, which must be about the impact of the grant upon the licensing objectives, must be made in writing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.

Applications may be inspected at the offices of licensing section which are situated at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE by prior appointment during office hours Monday to Friday. Arrangements for inspection can be made by emailing licensing_team@sandwell.gov.uk

Licensing Act 2003 application to review a current premises licence

An application for a summary review has been made by a senior police officer of West Midlands Police, in their opinion the premises are associated with serious crime and serious disorder or both.

The holder of the Premises Licence, other persons and Responsible Authorities may make representations in respect of the review to the Licensing Authority between the 19 June 2024 and 1 July 2024.
