Important notice

The date shown for representation against each entry is the date by which a responsible authority or any other person may make representations in respect of the application.

Representations, which must be about the impact of the grant upon the licensing objectives, must be made in writing.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application. 

Applications may be inspected at the offices of licensing section which are situated at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE by prior appointment during office hours Monday to Friday. The Supply of alcohol (off the premises):  Monday – Sunday 00:00 to 23:59
Overall hours premises open to the public:  Monday – Friday 09:00 to 17:00
 
Note: The premises shall operate as an auction house, off sales of alcohol shall take place as part of auctions online (online bidding and online payment which can happen 24hrs a day). However, the alcohol can only be collected or delivered between the hour’s premises are open to the public as stated above.

A full variation application has been made by Bearwood Snooker Complex Limited, the current licence holder for Windsor Complex, to allow the following:
 
1. No changes to the existing licensable activities and times or conditions on current premises licence.
2. Adding the licensable activity of indoor sporting events.
3. To extend the licensable area to the two upper floors to create both a function room (first floor) and a match play snooker and pool room (second floor). In total, the premises will be licensed over three floors including the ground floor which is presently licensed.
