Haden Hill House Museum is the perfect setting for small and intimate wedding ceremony.
The Oak Room
The Oak Room, on the ground floor, with its magnificent original fireplace, high ceiling and views over the landscaped grounds, is the setting for your wedding ceremony. This fabulous room was once the opulent dining room of the owners of Haden Hill House in Victorian times. The adjoining morning room, equally imposing, is also at the disposal of the happy couple and is usually where pre-ceremony interviews take place.
The Oak Room is licensed to accommodate 40 people, including the bride and groom, the registrar and superintendent, with a choice of room layouts. The rest of this magnificently furnished Victorian residence is available for wedding photographs, as is the 55 acres of landscaped parkland surrounding the house.

Our friendly staff love weddings, and are always keen to offer help and advice on the service available, you can marry at Haden Hill House on any day of the week. We want you to have the wedding of your dreams, and will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Please note that although Haden Hill House Museum is closed to the general public from December to April, we are still available for wedding bookings (apart from January and December after 20th).
Improved facilities for 2019 - We now have some fabulous new curtains and flower arrangements in the Oak Room which make for a fantastic romantic backdrop to your ceremony. We also now offer the choice of voile hoods or seat covers for the seating at a small extra charge.
