How to report a breach of planning
You can download an application form and return via email to - planning_enforcement@sandwell.gov.uk
Visit or post your form to us at - Regeneration and Planning, Planning Enforcement Team, P.O. Box 2374, Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 3DE.
Please note, to make a valid complaint you must provide as much information as possible to assist the Council with the evidence gathering exercise. This will include:
- Your contact details so we can keep you informed of our investigation (your details will however remain confidential)
- The exact address of the alleged breach.
- The nature of the alleged breach.
- Details when the alleged breach commenced.
- Photographs of the alleged breach.
Failure to provide the above information, may result in your complaint not being investigated further.
