The Specialist Employment Team works with job seekers with a disability and recruiting employers to match the right candidates to your organisation.
This is achieved by providing at no cost to you:
- Impartial and objective information, advice and guidance
- Job Coaching and in-work mentoring
- Disability Confidence training
- Support with workplace adjustments and claiming financial support via Access to Work
