Strategic investment
The Strategic Investment Unit offer a programme management service including the provision of monitoring, appraisal, financial management and advice to partnerships and agencies in receipt of Government and European funding.
It also provides financial support and advice to themes undertaking Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) and ensures the Accountable Body status of Sandwell Council is not compromised.
The Strategic Investment Unit provides services to a number of Partnerships within Sandwell under service levels agreements.
