Welcome to the Sandwell Social Work Academy. This is the central hub for our staff to grow, develop, and become the best versions of themselves; enabling staff to provide the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Our innovative academy brings everything together in one hub, so that staff can access support, training, development programmes and more. This ensures all staff from apprentices and trainees to advanced practitioners and qualified social workers can benefit and grow.
We actively work with national organisations like Social Work England and SCIE to ensure that we are always on top of our game, and that staff can access the best opportunities.
